DO NOT Allow anyone to play on the field, at any time during the match, except for authorized participants of the current game. That includes; during warm ups, Half Time, Hand Shakes, and after a game, if there is another game on that field. The field is reserved for Players, NOT Spectators. This is a Safety and proactive game management Rule. |

Number of Players: (including GoalKeeper) Small Field = 5 - 8 Players Maximum Big Fields = 5 - 11 Players Maximum *** If one team has more players, they must reduce their number of fielded players to match, (Reduce & Equate), in all games. |

Duration of the Game: (All Players must play at least half of each game.) 8U-10U = 20 Minute Halves 11U-13U & 14U-17U = 25 Minute Halves. *No Time Outs permitted, unless called by an Official or a Player is injured. Grace Period = 15 Minutes or Forfeit **Officials shall Officiate Forfeited Game Scrimmages (We have it in writing) Time shall be reduced for lost time - i.e.; 30 minutes late, take off 30 minutes game time |

Two Goal Rule - If a team is up by two goals; When a Team is UP BY 2 Points --- Scoring Players on team that's ahead must be subbed out or play defense. They may only return to offense when the opposing team is down by a goal. It is the Coaches responsibility to honor this, not the Referees. Referees will enforce it, if appropriate, at the Coaches request. |

Ties – Tie Breaker Procedure - All Games Each Team MUST get an Equal number of shots. Round 1 (5) Different players take alternate (1on1) shots from the Penalty Mark. Round 2 (3) Different players take alternate (1on1) shots from the Penalty Mark. Round 3 (1on1) alternate shots from the Penalty Mark. If one scores and the other doesn't, the team that scored is declared the winner. *The team that is ahead at the end any Round, they are declared the winner. Spectator Coaching: Cheering is Welcome - Spectator Coaching is Prohibited Spectators may not instruct, attempt to (re)position, or alert Players to play situations that they are not aware of. Spectator Coaching interferes with the Coaches instructions and the Players ability to follow instructions. It will be deemed Interference and may be penalized. |

Profanity and/or abusive or behavior, Will not be tolerated. Players will be issued Yellow/ Red Cards for such actions. Coaches will receive Warnings, to be noted on the game sheet. 1st Offense Coaches = Warning / Players = Yellow Card 2nd Offense Coaches = Ejected + Minimum 1 Game Suspension Players = Red Card + Minimum 1 Game Suspension Referees will have complete authority over the game. >Only Coaches and Players are allowed to be in the bench area(s). >Any Player, Coach, or team member ejected, must leave the field within two (2) minutes. >Any Coach that is ejected from the game, will cause his team to play short-handed for the following game. |

Ball In and Out of Play: The ball is out of play when it has crossed the Goal Line or Touch Line, whether on the ground or in the air. A Goal is scored when the WHOLE Ball crosses the Goal Line inside the Goal Posts.

Fouls - Any Contact Foul, Dangerous Play, Threatening Gesture and Hand Balls will result in a Direct Free Kick. If committed within their Penalty Area, it will result in a Penalty Kick. All other Free Kicks = Indirect Free Kick
OffSides: Will only be called in Division II and above, (unless abused in lower divisions)
OffSides = Indirect Free Kick - A Offensive Player is in OffSides position,
when they are behind the second to last Defender or the Ball, when their Teammate
last touched the ball. It is NOT an Offense to be in an OffSides position, however;
it is an Offense if ...
> Offensive Player in the Opponents Half of the Field; Interferes with Play,
an Opponent, or Gains an Advantage by being in an Offsides Position. The Offsides
Call is made when a Player in an Offsides Position becomes, in any way, involved
in play, regardless of whether they actually "played the ball" or
not.

Scoring – Teams will receive 3 pts for a win in regulation play, 2 pts for wins that occurs in overtime play, and 1 pt for losses in overtime play.
Make up games – Make up games will be played on the first available Friday in Divisions 2, 3, and 4. Pee Wee's will make up games on the first available Wednesday. Division 1 teams will make up games on the first available Monday.
Playoffs – There are no playoffs for Pee Wee or Division 1. The top 6
teams in Division 2 Boys qualify for the playoffs. All teams qualify in Division
2 Girls, Division 3 and Division 4.
Pictures - ****** NO PICTURES *****
Pictures will be taken the week of December 3rd. Please arrive 30 minutes prior
to game time for pictures. All participants are encouraged to show up for the
team photo. If your team is unable to attend a picture session please schedule
a make-up date with the photographer
Standings – Standings will be put up when the league resumes play after winter break. Standings will be updated each Monday.
Awards Night
Each participant will receive a trophy. No awards or presentation other than
those presented by the City will occur the awards night, in order to avoid hurt
feelings of children whose Coach/team parents are unable to afford the purchase
of additional awards. Team presentations should be made at a team picnic or
party.
